Who We Are
At Paws Pet Resort LLC our philosophy is to provide a home like environment for your furry family member. We are family owned and Love dogs! The owners, Tom and Kelly Lusk, along with their daughter Maggie, strive to provide the best experience for your pet. We purchased paws pet resort in September of 2023. We own and operate several small businesses, including 4Grandpups Homemade Treat Co. We have 5 dogs in our family Willie, Diesel, Lexi, Dunkin, and Odin. We love our dogs and will treat your dogs with the same love!
New Client Information
Vaccine Requirements for Boarding and DayCare
All vaccinations must be current a minimum of 10 days prior to boarding or participation in daycare. Proof of all vaccinations is required and can be faxed to Paws Pet Resort at 757-345-0361 or uploaded to our Contact form for your convenience and reviewed by our staff.
- Rabies - Current
- DHP - Current within one year
- Bordetella - Current within 6 months
- Fecal Float - Current within 6 months
- Heartworm/Flea/Tick - Current (Pets showing signs of fleas and/or ticks will be bathed and dipped at owners expense)
Please note there are no exceptions to the above requirements on vaccines for the safety of your pup and our staff.
While we know many resorts take reservations on line, at Paws we want to speak to you and understand any special requirements and review vet records.
